Descalvado Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description - External Recruitment** * Complete process control, OEE, and production reports; * Verify products in silos prior to production start; * Adjust the bagging conveyor height according to bag weight. * Verify the production ticket for selecting appropriate packaging and labels; * Affix labels onto empty bags with correct food names; * Adjust the labeler according to the label to be used; * Adjust the sealer according to the required temperature for each package. * Adjust the bagging scale parameters (slow dosing, fast dosing); * Manually fill packages; * Check bag weights per procedure; * Perform bag sewing and/or sealing; * Inspect print quality of manufacturing dates, expiration dates, and seam integrity on packaging; * Collect product samples; * Build pallets of bagged products for warehouse shipment; * Replace Stretch Wrapper rolls as needed; * Wrap pallets manually with stretch film; * Verify scales against calibration standards and standard weights; * Verify micro-ingredient identification against the formula to be produced; * Dose ingredients into the capsule elevator; * Ensure dosing complies with the recipe; * Move micro-ingredient bags as required. * Perform work at heights when necessary; * Count micro-ingredients and raw materials (inventory). * Count particles (multi-component process); * Monitor all three supply elevators; * Monitor the transfer system to production lines (molasses and dry); * Monitor the particle mixing and supply system; * Monitor and verify the entire dosing system for molasses, caramel colorant, and antifungal agent; * Perform all tasks in compliance with current safety, environmental procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements; **Requisition Number** 108972BR **Reference ID** \#LI\-DNI
