Bakery Assistant Compensation: R$ 2.300,00 Benefits: MEAL ON SITE + VA R$ 330,00 + VT Schedule - 1st SHIFT 06:40-15:00, 2nd SHIFT 14:40-23:00, 3rd SHIFT 23:00-06:40 Education: Elementary School Responsibilities: Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and other ingredients; Sort and weigh raw materials according to recipes and production standards; Operate simple bakery equipment under supervision; Assist in shaping, fermentation, and turning of products; Perform cleaning and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment; Stock production lines and organize materials; Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions; Comply with food safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices; Requirements: Completed elementary school education; Bakery, confectionery, or food production experience is preferred; Agility, organization, and commitment; Flexible availability for shifts; Ability to work effectively in a team.
