The Senior Full-Stack Developer is a professional **with** **5\+ years of experience**, who leads strategic technical initiatives, makes critical architectural decisions, develops talent, influences technical culture, and connects technology with organizational-level business outcomes.
**Hard Skills:**
* **Full-Stack Development:** Solid full-stack web development experience of at least 5\+ years, demonstrated through complex projects and high-impact products;
* **Modern Frontend:** Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) and technologies such as TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and build tools (Webpack, Vite);
* **Robust Backend:** Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, PHP) and corresponding frameworks, as well as RESTful APIs. Additional languages (Golang, Java, C\#) and GraphQL are advantageous;
* **Databases:** Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), including data modeling, query optimization, and caching strategies;
* **Software Architecture:** Solid knowledge of architectural patterns (microservices, modular monoliths), design patterns, and SOLID principles;
* **Security:** Implementation of secure development practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT). Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 is desirable;
* **Testing:** Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing using tools such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. Approaches like TDD/BDD are advantageous;
* **DevOps and CI/CD:** Proficiency in Git, Docker. Other technologies such as Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) are advantageous;
* **Cloud Computing:** Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, including deployment, monitoring, and scalability services;
* **Performance:** Ability to optimize applications, identify bottlenecks, analyze algorithmic complexity, and perform code profiling; demonstrate versatility in proposing optimization strategies such as queues, asynchronous processing, and others;
* **Autonomous resolution of complex problems:** Independently solve highly complex technical challenges and propose solutions for ambiguous and unstructured problems;
* **Well-founded technical decisions:** Select technologies and approaches based on clear trade-offs, defend decisions with sound arguments and data.
