**SCOPE:**'\- Provide support to the management of the department and subordinate departments * Support the organization of meetings with other entities and departmental events * Generate reports on indicator consolidation activities and departmental budget monitoring * Plan and organize time tracking related to E&P Partnerships * Participate in departmental meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on resulting actions * Monitor departmental actions and activities, verifying team members' compliance * Monitor the departmental and Executive Management scorecards * Update asset and project standards and methodologies **MAIN TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:** * Provide management support for presentations, draft documents, meetings, minutes, reports, and daily operations * Monitor departmental time tracking and develop dashboards * Lead the annual time tracking planning process, including identification of time-tracking elements and forecasts for departmental employees * Address employee requests for advisory services related to ICT, Management Portal, SAP, HR, GPAS, DSP, Click, CEP, CIP, CINN, etc. * Participate in the Economic Evaluation Functional Committee (FC) and Planning Functional Committee (FC) meetings, including extraordinary sessions * Prepare and consolidate the department's PANTIC * Monitor the department's budget/costs * Post payments via FB60 * Provide diverse advisory services to departments * Monitor the departmental and Executive Management scorecards * Post payments for external remittances * Update standards and manuals * Update review group calendars * Update allocation of reviewers per review group * Prepare presentations for planning events **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Minimum of 06 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of this service. The required experience may be reduced if authorized by supervision.
