Air Conditioning Technician (with experience)

**JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are looking for a committed, proactive **Air Conditioning Technician** who wants to grow alongside a solid and well-organized company. The professional will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring full equipment functionality, with a focus on quality, safety, and service responsiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (split, window, cassette, VRF, among others); * Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in climate control systems; * Carry out repairs, replacement of parts, and operational testing; * Identify root causes of defects and propose appropriate technical solutions; * Complete service reports and maintenance orders; * Respond to field technical calls (when necessary); * Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and procedures. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in corrective air conditioning maintenance; * Knowledge of refrigeration and climate control systems; * Basic understanding of electricity applied to refrigeration; * Knowledge of preventive maintenance and installation; * Certifications in the refrigeration field; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B; **Advantages:** * Experience with VRF/VRV systems; * Behavioral competencies: * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Organization and responsibility; * Diagnostic and problem-solving ability; * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Technical course in Refrigeration, Climate Control, or related fields (desirable); * Willingness to travel (if applicable). **Salary: R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.000,00 depending on experience** **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; * Food voucher (R$ 23.32 per working day); * Unimed Health Plan (after probation period); * Attendance-based basic food basket; * Work schedule: Mon–Thu 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Fri 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Basic food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you have a completed high school diploma? * Do you have proven experience in corrective air conditioning maintenance? * Do you hold a valid Brazilian driver's license, category B?
