We value the well-being of our employees by providing a safe, collaborative work environment full of opportunities to grow alongside the company. **PAINTING ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** Prepare part surfaces for painting; apply primers (surface preparatory coatings) and paints under supervision; monitor part drying; and maintain sector organization. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Prior experience in industrial painting is a plus (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of part preparation (sanding, cleaning, organization). * Attention to detail and care for finish quality. * Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. * Commitment to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Workplace organization and responsibility. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher; * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Birthday Day Off; * Additional vacation bonus; * Performance-based bonus (starting from R$200.00); * Incentive award for good ideas; * Career development plan. **Starting salary: R$2,418.00 (including hazard pay)** **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Contagem – MG **Employment type:** CLT Compensation: starting from R$2,418.00 per month Work mode: On-site
