If you seek an environment where your expertise makes a real difference in people's lives, with daily challenges and opportunities to grow within an industry-leading company, apply now and help us build the future of security together! * **Schedule: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12x36 shift)** * Breaks: 1-hour lunch break + two 15-minute breaks * Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher or Multibenefits – BRL 29.70 per workday (no payroll deduction) * Performance Reward (BRL 300.00): To be eligible, the employee must demonstrate strong performance in daily tasks, attendance, commitment, responsibility, and other criteria. * After probation period: Bradesco Dental Health Plan (free for the employee) and Unimed Health Plan Job Responsibilities: * **Operations and Monitoring:** Serve as the primary responsible person for vehicle monitoring at the center, performing installation tests and managing incident resolution on vehicle management platforms. * **Support and Assistance:** Provide comprehensive customer support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone), with focus on: \- Managing vehicle assistance requests (towing, roadside assistance, tire replacement, locksmith services, collision support, battery charging, etc.) for partners. \- Clarifying inquiries, registering complaints, and receiving suggestions regarding telematics and vehicle tracking services. * **Service Management:** Record and track all service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all customer needs. **We Are Looking for Professionals With:** * Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and fast typing, plus ability to interpret and analyze data. * Empathy in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional ethics, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Prior knowledge of and/or experience with vehicle management platforms, vehicle tracking systems, or fleet monitoring will be considered advantageous.
