Because here, we don’t just hire for roles—we invite you to be part of something greater. **Location:** Indaiatuba Factory, Indaiatuba-SP **Terms and Conditions:** Availability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts). **Main Responsibilities:** Operate packaging machines according to established Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards defined in the Company’s policies. Work according to the area’s organizational structure, including mentoring people and equipment. Monitor process control parameters following defined procedures and checklists, applying corrective and preventive actions when necessary. Track area performance indicators (Productivity, Quality, Safety, Costs, etc.). Participate in and support the development stages of Autonomous Maintenance, including: * Improvement suggestions * Development of LPP training materials * Issuing anomaly labels (red, blue, yellow, green, etc.) Execute equipment inspection and cleaning plans according to established standards. Update and monitor the area’s management board. Perform simple corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, such as: Belt replacement, Nipple replacement, Jaw replacement, Replacement of BF cartridge filters Maintain an organized workspace following 5S principles. Monitor daily and weekly production schedules, identifying opportunities for minor preventive maintenance during downtime. Ensure accurate completion of all operational records. Ensure proper identification and disposal of waste generated in the area. Monitor the use, maintenance, and condition of PPE.
