Here, you will find a technical, collaborative environment focused on professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); * Support inventory management, control of chemical dosages, and performance indicators; * Conduct laboratory operational analyses and process corrections; * Perform minor repairs and cleaning of pumps, equipment, and pipelines; * Record and monitor operational data in spreadsheets; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep; * Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to the area; * Comply with company safety regulations and code of conduct. **Technical Requirements:** * Reside in Itapevi/SP or nearby areas; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Technical degree in Chemistry or related environmental fields (preferred); * Knowledge of chemical and microbiological sludge analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred). **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Teamwork orientation; * Sense of responsibility; * Good interpersonal skills. **Salary:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.060,44 \+ **40%** hazard pay based on the minimum wage**, totaling R$ 2\.708,83** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – R$ 252.20/month; * On-site meals; * Optional dental plan; * Transportation allowance – R$ 29.16/day (no payroll deduction); * **Clude** health assistance – digital medical services; * Corporate university offering 200+ courses; * Comprehensive performance evaluation platform; * Career development and professional growth plan; * **TotalPass**; * Scholarships of at least 50% for undergraduate and graduate programs at Universidade São Judas and Anhembi Morumbi.
