**Job Information** * Position: Janitor * Work Schedule: 6x1 (Fixed day off on Sundays.) * **Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:20** * Remuneration: R$2\.500,00 **Main Responsibilities** * Perform complete daily cleaning of shared spaces (rooms, restrooms, outdoor areas, and kitchenette). * Maintain an organized, presentable, and suitable environment for all employees. * Carry out minor repairs and simple maintenance tasks, such as: replacing light bulbs, touch-up painting, minor fixes * basic adjustments of equipment and furniture * Daily inspection of the property’s overall condition and reporting technical maintenance needs when they exceed your capacity (electrical, plumbing, structural). * Manage and replenish cleaning supplies, maintenance items, and shared utensils. * Monitor and supervise safety, cleanliness, ventilation, and operational conditions of the areas. * Maintain a simple log of incidents and space-related needs, reporting them to management. * Ensure good environmental conservation practices and guide employees when necessary. * Oversee general care of the space, acting preventively to avoid damage and deterioration. * Organize and maintain order in cabinets, storage rooms, and shared materials. * Assist in preparing and organizing the premises during rest periods, team-building activities, or internal climate initiatives. * Control access to authorized personnel only **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Life insurance * Gympass (gym partnership) * 30% discount on company products * On-site meals * Day off * Sesc Work Location: Near Pinheiros Station.
