All our opportunities are affirmative for persons with disabilities. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety and up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor legislation; * Experience in safety training and inspections; * Ability to prepare reports and technical documentation; * Capacity to investigate accidents and identify risks; * Knowledge of environmental management (a plus); * Driver’s license category B; * Personal vehicle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and implement the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) and other occupational safety programs; * Conduct periodic inspections to identify and assess unsafe conditions and environmental hazards, proposing solutions for their elimination or mitigation; * Ensure supply, supervision, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Deliver occupational safety training and awareness programs, including training for Emergency Response Teams and CIPA members; * Support and advise CIPA in implementing preventive and corrective actions; * Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, propose preventive measures, and prepare technical reports; * Monitor and ensure compliance with current labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Manage and monitor environmental demands related to occupational health and safety; * Prepare technical reports, safety documentation, and departmental reports; * Inspect and monitor maintenance of safety equipment; * Request maintenance or replacement of safety equipment when necessary; * Promote a safety culture within the company through campaigns, lectures, and preventive initiatives. **Working Hours:** **:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** BR 158, KM 86 **Diversity and Inclusion** At Grupo Decio, we champion the energy that drives diversity and inclusion, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment.
