




Job Summary: Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards and legal occupational safety requirements to safeguard employees' health and physical integrity, as well as company assets. Promote health and safety in the workplace. **POSITION: Occupational Safety Supervisor** **POSITION MISSION:** Ensure full compliance with Regulatory Standards and legal requirements related to occupational safety, aiming to preserve employee health and physical integrity, as well as asset security. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct and prepare DDS (Daily Safety Topics) to carry out tasks in accordance with safety standards; Monitor daily attendance lists for DDS participants; Manage OSH indicator tracking; Develop and review OSH procedures; Coordinate PPE distribution control through the MOB system; Review PPE descriptions appropriate for each activity; Approve PPEs in compliance with legal requirements; Develop and monitor safety activity spreadsheets, such as NR13 (Pressure Vessels Inspection), NR10 (Electrical Safety); Conduct CIPA elections and monthly ordinary and extraordinary meetings; Monitor fire brigade meeting notices and attendance lists; Monitor completion of meeting minutes and critical training analysis; Complete accident analysis reports; Monitor fire brigade and CIPA checklists; Complete PTR (Work Permit and Risk) and APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis); Audit each employee’s PTR and APR, providing reorientation and notification as applicable; Record incidents and notify responsible parties for corrective actions; Conduct onboarding for new employees and reintegration for employees returning from leave; Develop training matrices for NR35 (Working at Heights), NR33 (Confined Spaces), NR11 (Material Handling), among others; Deliver working-at-heights training; Participate in monthly GR (Risk Group) meetings and other organizational management meetings; Support technical inspections and represent the organization as required; Update legal requirements spreadsheet on the SOGI platform; Validate legal documents such as Programs and Technical Reports; Monitor quantitative and qualitative measurements within the scope of occupational safety; Ensure environmental harmony, comply with legal requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across all Unimetal activities and processes, pursuing excellence in health control and promotion.
