Job Summary: Opportunity to assist in welding and cutting activities, part preparation, and performing simple tasks under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with welding and cutting 2. Simple torch cutting under supervision ***Work Unit: Terrestrial Environmental*** **Prerequisites:** Completion of elementary education is mandatory, and/or two (2) years of practical experience in related functions and/or activities. **Desirable:** Completed high school; Welding Technician; Basic safety knowledge; Familiarity with handling flammable materials. **Job Responsibilities:** a) Assist in welding and cutting activities, support part preparation, and perform simple tasks; b) Support welding and cutting operations by performing simple tasks under supervision; c) Clean parts, remove impurities, oxides, and grease, and position them correctly for welding; d) Request tools, electrodes, and torch nozzles from the warehouse as instructed; e) Perform simple torch and cutting equipment operations under supervision; f) Assist in repairs and welding of damaged parts.
