We seek a **responsible, organized, and proactive** professional. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver and collect documents, correspondence, and small parcels; * Provide administrative department support upon request; * Organize, register, and file documents; * Perform external tasks, including visits to banks, post offices, and government agencies; * Ensure proper care and accountability for entrusted materials and documents. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Organization, punctuality, and responsibility; * Good communication skills and professional conduct; * Availability to work on a **6x1 shift schedule**. **Benefits:** * Permanent employment under the **CLT regime**; * Transportation allowance (**round-trip**); * Possible bonus of up to **R$ 200.00**.
