Bakery Technician

**Job Description:** The Bakery Technician will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and ensuring the correct execution of bakery production processes, guaranteeing product standardization, product quality, compliance with food safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices. (We provide training for technicians) **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide bread and fermented dough production processes; * Conduct recipe testing, formulation development, and new product trials; * Ensure product standardization according to technical specifications; * Monitor fermentation, baking, yield, and final quality; * Train and guide the production team on proper techniques; * Supervise the correct use of raw materials, inputs, and equipment; * Identify production process failures and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and GMP regulations; * Support loss control, waste reduction, and production cost management; * Collaborate with management on continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and food safety; * Ability to train and guide teams. * ***Personal transportation preferred, preferably motorcycle.*** * Completed high school education * Prior knowledge in the bakery sector is desirable **Desired Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset and quality focus; * Technical leadership and strong communication skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Working Hours:** To be defined according to the production schedule at supermarkets and bakeries where we provide services through Pandemix.
