#### **About the position:** * The Meat Department Assistant is responsible for supporting daily departmental activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and high-quality customer service. * You will be involved in meat preparation, cutting, and packaging, while also ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * At its core, auditing involves identifying deficiencies in control systems and processes to improve them.
