Job Summary: Responsible for site preparation, foundation and structural construction, material laying, finish application, and assisting with installations, ensuring workplace safety and organization. Ensuring workplace safety and organization * Site cleaning and preparation, removing obstacles and leveling the ground. * Construction of foundations, walls, slabs, beams, and other concrete, brick, block, or stone structures. * Laying bricks, blocks, or stones to build walls, fences, and other structures. * Application of plaster and surface finishing, ensuring appropriate quality in accordance with internal standards. * Assisting in the installation of elements such as curbs, gutters, storm drains, and other drainage components. * Maintaining a clean and organized worksite. * Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with established safety procedures and that all team members are aware of hazards and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
