DevOps Analyst

**ABOUT THE POSITION** We are seeking a DevOps professional to serve as the bridge between Development and Infrastructure teams, ensuring that our applications, databases, and services operate stably, securely, and scalably. The primary challenge of this role is to bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure (servers, networks, and virtual machines) and the application environment—taking ownership of deployment processes, automation, monitoring, observability, database management, backup, and environment support. We are looking for an investigative-minded individual who enjoys understanding end-to-end problems and is capable of contributing both to solution development and operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. * Define and enhance release, rollback, and version management processes. * Administer and monitor Linux environments, Docker, and virtual machines. * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies. * Monitor applications, services, databases, and infrastructure. * Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and propose definitive fixes. * Collaborate with developers to improve application performance, stability, and observability. * Support PostgreSQL database administration and optimization. * Automate operational tasks and reduce recurring manual activities. * Create and maintain technical documentation for environments and processes. * Manage system capacity, availability, and performance. **REQUIREMENTS** * Production-level experience with Linux. * Experience with Docker and containers. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar). * Experience with monitoring and observability. * Understanding of networking, DNS, SSL, reverse proxies, and load balancing. * Experience with PostgreSQL, including backup, restore, maintenance, and performance analysis. * Proficiency in automation scripting (Shell Script, Python, or similar). * Experience troubleshooting production environments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with Kafka. * Experience with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Knowledge of ClickHouse. * Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar tools. * Knowledge of infrastructure security and environment hardening. * Experience with high availability and disaster recovery strategies. **DESIRED PROFILE** * Ability to operate across infrastructure and development domains. * Aptitude for diagnosing complex issues. * Systemic view of environments. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Organization and commitment to documentation. * Continuous interest in automation and process improvement. **OUR TECHNOLOGY STACK** **Linux** **Docker** **PostgreSQL** **Kafka** **ClickHouse** **Node.js** **Flutter Web** **Python** **Git** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS PROFESSIONAL** Currently, we have infrastructure professionals managing servers and environments up to the operating system layer, and developers who understand the application and its containers.
