Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Experience monitoring preventive and corrective fleet maintenance and performing periodic vehicle inspections; * Knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and hydraulic equipment is desirable; * Experience preparing technical and operational reports; * Valid driver's license category B or higher is required; * Driver's license categories C, D, or E are desirable (considered a plus); * Must reside in one of the following cities: Avaré/SP. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance according to the established schedule, ensuring vehicle availability and operational safety; * Conduct periodic inspections on vehicles at the operational base, recording and reporting maintenance needs in specific reports; * Control and keep mandatory fleet and equipment documentation up to date, such as vehicle registration certificates (CRLV), technical inspection reports, and testing certificates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards; * Drive base vehicles to authorized workshops for maintenance services; * Prepare technical and operational reports, and access and update company-established computerized management systems, such as Telemetry, SPAP, autonomous maintenance, and fueling systems; * Support fleet users in completing standardized maintenance request forms, ensuring information is complete and accurate; * Perform minor repairs and adjustments on base vehicles, equipment, and tools using available basic resources and within the complexity level permitted for this role; * Inspect, sort, and properly dispose of defective or expired equipment and tools; * Receive, control, and distribute PPEs, CPEs, and tools, maintaining an organized and updated inventory; * Assist in completing and updating PPE control records, ensuring compliance with mandatory recordkeeping requirements; * Follow operational procedures, occupational safety regulations, and environmental guidelines established for maintenance and fleet support activities; * Support other related tasks as required by the department; **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn More About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
