Teamwork and effective communication #### **Responsibilities** * Operate mini excavators safely and efficiently to perform excavation, grading, loading, and material handling. * Conduct daily pre\-operational inspections of the machine, checking fluid levels, tire/track conditions, hydraulic systems, and safety systems. * Interpret plans and technical specifications to execute tasks according to project requirements, ensuring work precision and quality. * Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Communicate\-effectively with the earthmoving team and supervision to coordinate activities and ensure operational continuity. * Identify and report any anomalies or maintenance needs for the mini excavator, completing non\-conformance reports when required. * Perform minor adjustments and basic preventive maintenance on the machine, as directed by the manufacturer or maintenance team. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating mini excavators of various models and capacities. * Valid and unrestricted Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C, D, or E. * Certified training course for Mini Excavator Operator, officially recognized and up\-to\-date. * Solid knowledge of safety standards for heavy machinery operation and construction site work. * Ability to interpret project drawings, sketches, and work instructions for precise task execution. * Familiarity with major mechanical and hydraulic components of mini excavators for problem identification. * Capability to operate in diverse soil types and terrains, adapting operating techniques as needed. #### **Skills** * Mini Excavator Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Workplace Safety * Grading Control * Terrain Analysis * Operational Communication * Mechanical Fault Identification * First Aid ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On\-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
