Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, preventing, and identifying losses, ensuring security and compliance with internal policies within the company environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on security and ethics **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor customer, employee, and merchandise movement within the company premises; * Supervise the entry and exit of products and materials; * Conduct periodic patrols in store areas, warehouses, and restricted zones; * Identify and report suspicious or non-compliant situations; * Support inventories and internal audits; * Control and record incidents of losses, thefts, or damages; * Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies; * Train and guide employees on loss prevention practices; * Assist in preparing performance reports and area metrics. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education is a plus); * Prior experience in loss prevention, asset security, or related fields; * Knowledge of inventory control and internal auditing; * Strong communication skills, focused attention, and ethical conduct; * Availability to work rotating shifts and variable hours.
