Logistics Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with leadership potential to serve as Logistics Supervisor, ensuring smooth logistics operations for the company by overseeing processes, teams, and departmental KPIs. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide logistics team activities; * Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, and shipment of goods; * Monitor inventory control and product movement; * Track deliveries and deadlines; * Ensure compliance with processes, safety regulations, and departmental organization standards; * Support resolution of operational incidents; * Prepare reports and monitor departmental KPIs; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred; * Prior experience in logistics and team leadership; * Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and shipping; * Proficiency in management systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency.
