Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced labor lawyer with an active OAB registration and proficiency in the CLT to handle labor litigation matters, including drafting legal documents and attending hearings. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients at hearings 2. Knowledge of PJe, CLT, and labor law reform 3. Postgraduate degree and experience in legal controller roles The candidate must hold a law degree, possess an active OAB registration, and have proven experience in labor law, particularly in drafting legal documents (initial petitions, appeals) and attending hearings. Proficiency in the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system, CLT, labor law reform, and strong communication skills are essential. Additional advantages include a postgraduate degree in Labor Law, knowledge of LGPD (General Data Protection Law), or experience in the specific sector relevant to this position. **Requirements for the Labor Lawyer Position:** * **Education and Registration:** Law degree and active OAB registration. * **Experience:** Prior experience in labor law, including drafting initial petitions, appeals, and attending hearings. * **Technical Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), up-to-date case law, and hearing procedures. * **Systems:** Proficiency in the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Behavioral Skills:** Strong writing ability, organizational skills, negotiation capability, and proactivity. * **Advantages:** Postgraduate degree in Labor Law, knowledge of LGPD, or experience in the specific sector related to this position. * As this is an on-site position, candidates must reside in the South Zone of São Paulo or nearby areas.
