* Performs activities inherent to the Senior Assistant level. * Conducts surveys and controls related to the recording of financial transactions necessary for their management. * Performs bank reconciliation of accounts, verifying fee postings, payments, and credits. * Controls payments and due dates. * Schedules payments with banks. * Controls, updates, and analyzes cash flow. * Conducts customer credit evaluation and credit limit approval. * Monitors exchange rates and negotiates with banking institutions to finalize contracts. * Controls credit advances, loans, and financing. * Records write-offs in the banking control system, verifying potential pending items and carrying out collection processes, including reviewing cases of non-payment. * Seeks guidance and solutions for their activities, aiming to stay updated on financial legislation and comply with legal requirements. * Monitors deadlines for accounting closings. * Ensures compliance with established deadlines. * Ensures accuracy of information entered into corporate systems. * Interacts with internal departments to ensure adherence to deadlines and interdependent activities. * Supports internal and external audits, when required. * Analyzes data and proposes process improvements, where applicable. * Ensures compliance with SGSA (Food Safety Management System) standards and guidelines. * Maintains workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with company-established standards.
