Direct client interface and preparation of managerial reports **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and distribute the team's operational demands (preventive, corrective, and emergency); Supervise field service execution, ensuring quality and technical compliance; Manage the technical team (scheduling, productivity, performance, and conduct); Monitor and control contractual SLAs and performance indicators; Prioritize critical tickets and manage incidents; Ensure operational coverage (including on-call and contingency arrangements); Prepare managerial and technical reports for contract monitoring; Interface with clients to align demands, deadlines, and actions; Support staff mobilization and replacement when necessary; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Minimum Education:** Technical Course Personal vehicle Willingness to travel
