Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for monitoring, SQL reporting, Power BI dashboards, network infrastructure, system administration, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Network infrastructure administration and technical support **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT 1\. Monitoring of environments and critical IT services, computers, printers, firewalls, and servers. 2\. Generating reports using SQL language. 3\. Creating dashboards using POWER BI. 4\. Designing, planning, configuring, and maintaining the entire local infrastructure, including installation of racks, switches, and servers. 5\. Running and crimping network, telephone, and CCTV cables. 6\. Installation and configuration of CCTV systems. 7\. Active Directory administration, including user creation, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and security groups. 8\. File Server administration, including folder creation and sharing for specific users or common use. 9\. Providing technical support to the technology park remotely or on-site, including implementation of new systems, deployment of new network points, and preventive maintenance of equipment. 10\. Configuration and upgrade of computers, notebooks, and other company assets. 11\. Development of applications and installation packages. 12\.
