An environment that values family-school partnership **Why not join a company that believes in the power of education to transform lives and Brazil?** We are a school committed to excellence in education and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. **If you are willing to contribute to our mission, this is your place!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor student entry, movement, and exit, ensuring safety and compliance with school regulations. * Supervise student behavior across all areas (courtyard, hallways, classrooms, restrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, etc.). * Guide students regarding coexistence rules and mutual respect. * Report incidents of indiscipline, accidents, or other relevant occurrences to coordination or school leadership. * Manage the flow of people (students, families, service providers, and visitors) within the school premises. * Serve as an effective support point for school leadership, coordination, and teachers in daily school operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications and Education:** * High school diploma / elementary education preferred; * Advantage: experience in schools; * Effective communication skills; * Ability to remain calm and act promptly in emergency situations; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as required.
