Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on factory equipment and utilities, as well as conducting tests, inspections, and improvements to ensure system functionality and efficiency. Participation in improvement projects and failure analysis Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on factory production area equipment and utilities to maintain their functionality and availability; Conduct dimensional, maintenance, and/or assembly tests on mechanical parts, components, and devices at workbenches, ensuring their proper operating conditions; Inspect and condition the Factory’s Utilities System, maintaining essential inputs required for its operation; Carry out improvement project tasks based on maintenance orders to ensure equipment effectiveness and cost reduction; Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings to understand equipment operating systems for anomaly detection; Participate in equipment effectiveness improvement processes using methodologies and programs provided by the company; Calcine plates using a fluidized bed furnace to ensure their efficiency during the production process; Disassemble, measure, and machine plates, comparing them against existing standards to maintain their intended function; Measure, disassemble, and reassemble double-thread segments, ensuring wear remains within specified limits so that various products achieve maximum overall efficiency; Recover cutting assemblies by disassembling knife holders, machining knives, and replacing those below standard to guarantee pellet quality; Restore volumetric and gravimetric feeders by conducting inspections during preventive maintenance to maintain raw material dosing quality; Assist in planning preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines; Monitor the downtime indicator for the line under responsibility; Execute and assist in developing inspection and lubrication plans for production lines; Conduct FA (Failure Analysis) for line stoppages exceeding 2 hours or for recurrent stoppages; Supervise third-party maintenance activities, providing support to ensure quality and safety during task execution; Organize and manage technical documentation for machines and equipment to streamline maintenance activities; Analyze process indicators, monitor and analyze equipment failures, address root causes, and ensure achievement of established objectives and targets; Perform other related duties compatible with professional qualifications and as directed by immediate supervisor.
