Grow with TPC Logística Inteligente! **Responsibilities and duties** * Recruitment and selection; * Onboarding of new employees; * Managing the Training and Development Plan; * Requesting duplicate documents (transportation and meal vouchers, medical assistance, etc.); * Clarifying doubts regarding benefit request forms; * Maintaining active employee files; * Managing and requesting benefits; * Managing electronic timekeeping; * Supporting payroll reconciliation (assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.); * Supporting hiring and termination processes; * Presenting monthly results to support managers in improving KPIs; * Promoting monthly campaigns; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school (a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Familiarity with the RM system is preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in recruitment and selection (operational and administrative positions) and in training and development; * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll reconciliation, and timekeeping management; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation; **Additional information** * On-site position: Rua África do Sul, n° 2280, Condomínio BTS, Portaria 01, módulo 2\-3, Padre Mathias, Cariacica/ES.
