Therefore, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. ***You are all that matters***! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of HR administration and payroll processes to propose solutions and drive change; * Strategically and proactively participate in all HR subsystems; * Collaborate on activities and preparation of reports for annual planning; * Develop and monitor HR operational performance indicators, using such data to support strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Data Analysis, and/or Human Resources Management. * Advanced Excel proficiency required to handle large volumes of data, and advanced VBA knowledge for programming and automation of processes and workflows. * Experience in payroll processes, personnel administration, and labor legislation is desirable. * Knowledge of Datasul/TOTVS and SAP is a plus. * Advanced English for conversation is desirable (will be tested during the interview ;) * Availability for CLT employment and fully on-site work in SBC/SP. * Availability for occasional travel: 1- or 2-day trips to visit the Resende/RJ facility. **Additional Information*** Your health—and your family’s—is our top priority!
