Full management of employee lifecycle processes including hiring, termination, vacations, and leaves HR Department Assistant \- 1350 Responsibilities: * Payroll Closing: Perform monthly payroll closing, including calculation of pro-labore, statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and eSocial submission. * Lifecycle Management: Manage hiring and termination processes (record keeping, notices, and legal deadlines). * Vacations and Leaves: Calculate and monitor vacation balances and leave statuses. * Client Service: Provide direct client support and guidance on labor-related matters. * Annual Support: Handle annual tasks such as the 13th salary and collective vacations. * Compliance: Monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements and legal updates, and provide support regarding mandatory occupational safety deadlines and documentation. Essential Requirements: * **Solid experience with HR department routines, with specialized work in accounting offices.** * **Dominio System proficiency** * Comprehensive knowledge of the CLT, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Union Agreements. * Experience across all HR routines: payroll closing, hiring, termination, benefits administration, and time tracking. * Proficiency in e\-Social and payroll systems (e.g., Onvio or similar).
