The Access Controller will be responsible for managing and supervising access to restricted areas, implementing and monitoring access control systems, and ensuring the security of employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising security teams, maintaining and updating access control systems, and implementing security policies. Additionally, you must be prepared to respond to security incidents and coordinate with other teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution of any issues that arise. Experience in managing access control systems, knowledge of security standards and relevant legislation are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail. A degree in security, administration, or related fields is a plus.
