




Job Summary: A professional responsible for medical billing, procedure authorizations, and denial monitoring, ensuring organization and efficiency in the department's administrative processes. Key Highlights: 1. Medical billing and authorization tracking 2. Analysis and resolution of claim denials with a focus on continuous improvement 3. Coordination with teams to optimize information and processes **Main Responsibilities:** · Requesting and tracking procedure authorizations with health insurance providers · Verifying performed appointments (schedule vs. medical record vs. billing forms) · Analyzing and verifying medical billing forms (data, codes, authorizations, signatures, mandatory documents, validity, etc.) · Medical billing for both insurance plans and private patients · Submitting and tracking billing batches (TISS standard) · Monitoring rejections and pending items with health insurance providers · Managing billing deadlines to prevent revenue loss · Supporting denial analysis and resolution · Organizing physical and digital documents · Coordinating with reception and clinical teams to correct information · Supporting continuous improvement of departmental processes · Assisting with departmental administrative tasks as needed **Key Skills:** · Attention to detail · Proactivity · Efficiency with quality · Ability to learn quickly · Capacity to handle large volumes of documentation · Organization and discipline **Requirements:** · Completed high school education (college degree in progress is desirable) · Experience in billing at clinics or hospitals · Knowledge of medical insurance plans · Familiarity with TISS standards · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) · Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling denial-related resources * Knowledge of clinical management systems * Experience processing high-volume billing * Analytical mindset and sense of urgency **Compensation Package:** · Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) · Approximate total monthly compensation: R$ 2.340,00 (comprising R$ 1.840,00 base salary + R$ 500,00 meal allowance) · Additional Benefits: o Transportation allowance o Health insurance: partially funded by the company (Unimed) o Childcare assistance Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.840,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
