Grupo Guaraves \| Sapé \- PB \| On-site Job Description The Cargo and Dispatch Inspector is responsible for performing quantitative and qualitative inspections of goods during receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring product integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations. Responsibilities and Duties * Inspect received and dispatched goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. * Verify quantities, specifications, physical conditions, and product expiration dates. * Monitor loading and unloading processes to ensure correct material handling. * Record discrepancies, damages, or inconsistencies identified during inspections. * Enter data into management systems or control spreadsheets when required. * Organize documents related to logistics operations. * Support the operations team in sorting, identifying, and storing goods. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in goods inspection, logistics, or similar roles. * Basic computer skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Desired Qualifications * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety.
