Organization and preservation of supplies Position: Griddle Assistant We are looking for a **Griddle Assistant** to support griddle operations, contributing to sector organization, product preparation, and compliance with the company's quality standards. Requirements * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Prior experience in kitchen operations or food handling is a plus; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Agility, organization, and commitment. Main Responsibilities * Assist in product preparation and finishing as directed by the Griddle Cook; * Perform pre-preparation, portioning, and restocking of the workstation; * Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of supplies; * Maintain the griddle, utensils, and work area clean, organized, and well-stocked; * Comply with safety regulations and good food handling practices.
