Opportunity to implement process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule Supervise and ensure excellence in the execution of general services within the shopping mall; Manage and coordinate a team of supervisors, monitoring daily operational demands; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas, safeguarding the proper functioning of the shopping mall; Control work schedules, attendance, and team performance; Maintain direct contact with shopping mall administrators and internal customers, ensuring efficient service aligned with expectations; Manage requests for materials, equipment, and uniforms, guaranteeing timely and appropriate replenishment; Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. **Requirements:** Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management, preferably in shopping malls, large-scale developments, or high-traffic environments; Proficiency in team management and supervision; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers and colleagues; Organizational skills, proactivity, and decision-making ability; Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); Willingness to work on-site and adhere to the shopping mall’s required work schedule.
