Prepare and finish meats, risottos, pastas, and other à la carte menu items. Maintain organization and sanitation of the work area, as well as utensils and equipment used. Control and store food items according to food safety regulations, ensuring quality and shelf life. Assist in production flow during service, ensuring efficiency and proper dish presentation. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
