Job Summary: A cleaning and maintenance professional responsible for maintaining common areas and supporting events, with a focus on hygiene and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support for condominium events or meetings * **Desirable Requirements:** * **Holding a Category B driver's license** * **Prior experience in building or commercial cleaning;** * Basic knowledge of hygiene practices, proper use of cleaning products and equipment; * Ability to follow cleaning schedules and routines; * Organization, punctuality, and discretion in the workplace. * Flexible working hours. *(Works one Sunday per month, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)* * ***Cleaning and maintenance of common areas:*** * ***Sweeping, washing, and drying floors, corridors, staircases, and lobbies;*** * Cleaning of reception areas, party halls, social restrooms, and leisure areas; * Waste removal and replacement of waste bags; * Sanitization of doors, windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, handrails, and light switches; * Maintenance of cleanliness in elevators, parking garages, and storage areas. * Transporting waste to designated collection points. * Monitoring and restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies; * Requesting replenishment when necessary. * Reporting observed facility irregularities (leaks, burnt-out light bulbs, damaged doors or floors); * Assisting with minor preventive maintenance tasks (when authorized). * Cleaning and disinfecting planters, sinks, mirrors, and floors; * Restocking toilet paper, liquid soap, and paper towels. * Supporting condominium events or meetings (setting up chairs, cleaning before and after space usage); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.805,43 - R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
