Description

Job Summary: The professional will operate forklifts to handle and store materials, conduct safety inspections, and support dispatch logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate forklifts to handle and store bales and materials. 2. Conduct safety inspections and maintenance of forklifts. 3. Support logistics for dispatch, material verification, and inventory management. Operate forklifts, remove bales from the production line, perform barcode scanning, assign storage locations for materials using handheld scanners, and transport bales to designated storage areas. Maintain forklifts in good mechanical condition, request maintenance and refueling as needed. Load and unload, transport, and handle cargo and materials using forklifts; perform safety inspections and complete pre-use checklists for equipment; record any deviations identified during equipment inspections on the visual management board and promptly report them to supervisors; receive materials from the production line and verify them according to relevant standards and procedures (quality inspection); release materials for storage in designated areas; guide material handling, storage, and stacking; collect data for issuing road and rail freight invoices, receive delivery notes, and authorize material dispatch according to loading schedules; conduct inventory of stored materials, open and close railway wagon casings using forklifts with straps.
