Job Summary: Operate fixed industrial machines, ensuring proper operation, product quality, and achievement of production targets while complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Teamwork with focus on workplace safety and organization **Job Objective** Operate fixed industrial machines to ensure proper equipment operation, final product quality, and achievement of production targets while complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate fixed machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Perform basic configurations and adjustments on equipment when required. * Monitor machine operation to identify failures or irregularities. * Ensure product quality throughout the production process. * Conduct visual and simple inspections (where applicable). * Complete production and quality control records. * Strictly comply with occupational safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area (5S). * Support the maintenance team as needed. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience operating industrial machines (preferred). * Qualification training in one of the following: * Industrial machine operation, **or** * Metrology, **or** * Related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic understanding of industrial machine and equipment operation. * Basic ability to read and interpret measuring instruments. * Fundamental knowledge of quality control and product inspection. * Occupational safety standards. **Behavioral Competencies** * Concentrated attention * Responsibility * Organization * Teamwork * Operational discipline **Working Conditions** * Industrial environment. * Exposure to noise, heat, and mechanical equipment. * Mandatory use of PPE. * Availability for shift work.
