Prepares reports and communicates incidents to the security team The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring order, security, and compliance with internal establishment regulations; duties include monitoring people’s movement, preventing thefts and losses, and guiding the public. Main responsibilities of a Floor Supervisor include: Security and Prevention: Conducting patrols, observing suspicious activity, preventing robberies, thefts, and damage to property. Flow Control and Order: Monitoring people’s entry/exit, organizing queues, preventing disturbances, and ensuring compliance with coexistence rules (e.g., smoking prohibition in specific areas). Reporting and Communication: Preparing incident reports, communicating with the security team via radios or intercoms, and contacting authorities in emergency situations.
