FIRMA Produções is seeking a strategic professional with operational leadership skills and a strong process-oriented vision to supervise the company’s financial routines. We seek someone capable of organization, decision-making, and team oversight—ensuring financial processes are executed with clarity, agility, and operational control. **Your role here:** * Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement departments; * Monitor payment flows, receipts, invoicing, and financial transactions; * Ensure process organization, adherence to deadlines, and tracking of team tasks; * Support financial closing and development of operational reports; * Identify improvements, monitor KPIs, and support leadership in decision-making; * Organize financial operations within a dynamic, high-volume environment. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in financial supervision or coordination; * Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement routines; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Leadership ability, team oversight capability, and problem-solving skills; * Adaptability to dynamic environments with multiple concurrent demands; * Proficiency in ERP systems, financial controls, and spreadsheets. **Preferred qualification:** Experience in events, entertainment, services, or high-volume operations sectors. **Employment type:** CLT; **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; **Benefits:** On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Health insurance (50% covered by the company — Hapvida); Corporate Uber (for overtime cases); Wellhub; Zenklub; Semi-annual profit and results sharing.
