Relationship management with banking partners **Your Challenge:** In this role, you will be the guardian of financial processes, leading the team with a focus on accuracy, deadline adherence, and workflow optimization. Your contribution will be strategic in maintaining relationships with banking partners and ensuring rigorous organization of accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Team Management: Coordinate and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit teams. * Cash Flow Control: Ensure strict adherence to payment deadlines and organize routine financial operations. * Banking Relationships: Manage payment flows and interface with financial institutions. * Data Analysis: Prepare and supervise financial reports to support decision-making. * Processes: Structure and standardize procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience: Solid experience in financial management and people leadership. * Hard Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced level is a plus) and strong analytical acumen. * Soft Skills: Inspirational leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
