* **Material Supply and Preparation**: Feed the extrusion machine with raw materials (resins, plastic granules) and consumables, ensuring no stoppages due to material shortages. * **Production Support (Set Up)**: Assist the operator in machine configuration (set up), mold preparation, and simple adjustments. * **Process Monitoring**: Monitor the operation of the extruder, helping control basic parameters such as speed and temperature, and cooling the produced material (films, tubes, etc.). * **Quality Control**: Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements of the product to ensure compliance with quality standards, removing defective materials. * **Product Handling**: Assist in removing finished rolls, bags, or other materials, performing bagging or packaging if required. * **Organization and Cleaning**: Maintain an organized and clean workplace (5S), cleaning the machine and properly disposing of plastic waste. * **Safety**: Strictly adhere to industrial safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE** **Availability to work rotating shifts** Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Benefits: * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance Work location: On-site
