Acts as a focal point to support the regional leadership team, whether by assisting in organizing schedules for international visitors, travel schedules for regional leaders, and all related logistics (e.g., transfers, visas, etc.); Ensures diligent management of calendars and recurring invitations among the President, his direct and dotted-line reports in the region, and other relevant stakeholders. When required, develops, compiles, and distributes presentation materials, and records meeting minutes. Manages the fleet agency focal point, ensuring all contract-agreed aspects are fulfilled, such as tracking mileage verifications, vehicle availability and safety, trend analysis provided by the vendor, and other compliance matters related to Fleet Policy. Manages all Facilities-related topics and service providers, maintaining an efficiently operating office, including office supply orders (stationery), space maintenance (e.g., carpet and light bulb repairs), evaluation of new products, and suggestions for improved office functionality. * Prepares periodic office supply consumption reports, ensures fleet reports for the local leadership team, and ensures advance planning of travel and schedules for regional directors; Maintains a high degree of discretion and confidentiality; Provides comprehensive administrative support services to the President and Regional Directors, with excellent communication and responsive capability; Completes and submits the President’s expense reports. * Team cleaning management
