




The Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, organizing, and controlling the inventory of materials, supplies, or products within the company, ensuring proper movement and availability of items for requesting departments. They work strategically to maintain inventory control and ensure smooth operational functioning. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive goods, checking quantity, quality, and expiration dates against invoices; * Store products in an organized manner, respecting expiration dates, categories, and safety regulations; * Monitor product entries, exits, and returns in the inventory system; * Conduct periodic inventories, identifying discrepancies and adjusting records; * Pick and prepare products according to internal requests (kitchen, dining area, bar, etc.); * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring easy access to materials; * Inform immediate supervisor when items need restocking; * Ensure the physical integrity of products and equipment used. **Requirements** * High school diploma completed; * Prior experience as a stock clerk, inventory assistant, or similar role; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and material organization; * Computer literacy and/or experience with inventory management systems is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Teamwork; * Agility and proactivity; * Good communication skills.
