Electromechanical Technician

Description

* Responsible for maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of machines and equipment in the pharmaceutical industry's packaging line, ensuring proper operation of production processes. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures, and carry out setup, calibration, and process adjustments on packaging equipment. Required knowledge includes industrial electricity, electrical control systems, sensors, electronic bars, pneumatics, and interpretation of electrical diagrams. Experience with pharmaceutical packaging machines—such as cartoners, blister packers, labelers, and automated conveyor belts—is desirable. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging machines; carry out process adjustments and equipment calibrations; identify and correct electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures; work with electronic bars, sensors, electrical control systems, and pneumatic systems; monitor machine performance to improve productivity and reduce downtime; perform format changes, setup, and calibrations; complete maintenance records and work orders as required; comply with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures. Requirements: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; knowledge of industrial electricity and electronics; experience with automatic packaging machines; knowledge of industrial process adjustments; pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable. * Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Salary: R$3\.999,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Have you previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry? * Do you have easy access to Diadema - Serraria neighborhood?
