Full Stack Developer

Description

Requirements: Solid experience with Node using NestJS (very important) on the back\-end. Knowledge of React (to work on the front\-end when necessary). Experience with AWS and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL, and non-relational databases. Experience with automated testing and software engineering best practices. Understanding of observability, logging, and tracing best practices. Basic knowledge of infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring. Experience with microservices and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or similar). Experience in startups, high scalability, and architectural decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-availability and large-scale environments. Experience with serverless. Experience building solutions in the logistics domain. Technical background and profile indicating potential to grow into a Tech Lead role in the future. Responsibilities Develop and architect scalable solutions for our platform. Participate in strategic technical team decisions—from solution scoping to observability and infrastructure. Work primarily on the back\-end, but with autonomy to contribute to the front\-end when needed. Collaborate with the team on demand prioritization, bringing critical and strategic insight. Ensure delivered solutions are robust, secure, and scalable. Desired Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Networks, or related fields.
