We are establishing an independent Quality department, playing a central role in ensuring delivery reliability, standardizing critical processes, and advancing the company’s operational governance. Your mission As the Quality and Operational Reliability Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the Quality function to ensure more consistent, traceable, and reliable processes, deliverables, and operations. In the short term, your primary challenge will be supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, organizing audits, evidence, and internal processes. In the medium term, we expect you to contribute to a broader vision of operational reliability, risk management, governance, and integration with Information Security and AI Governance. Key responsibilities * Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Quality department * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) * Lead the ISO 9001 certification plan * Structure documentation, evidence, and audits * Lead continuous improvement initiatives * Monitor KPIs, action plans, and non-conformities * Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities * Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, Engineering, Product, IT, and Information Security * Promote a culture of quality, organization, and shared accountability Mandatory requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Administration, Production, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience in Quality, Processes, Operations, Management Systems, or Continuous Improvement * Practical experience with audits, documentation, evidence, and procedures * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or participation in certification processes * Ability to map, review, and standardize processes * Experience with KPIs, action plans, and tracking of pending items * Analytical, organized, and data-driven profile * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to operate cross-functionally across departments * Minimum English proficiency level B2 Preferred qualifications * Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001 * Experience in technology, engineering, industrial, or highly regulated companies * Knowledge of Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, BPM, or risk management * Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, LGPD, or Information Security * Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, or workflow tools * Interest or experience in AI applied to processes, automation, and governance * Courses or specializations in AI applied to processes or governance * Experience in offshore, oil & gas, or critical operations environments * Postgraduate studies in Quality, Process Management, Risk Management, Governance, Engineering, or related fields Profile we seek * Organization and strong sense of ownership * Effective cross-functional influence * Clear and concise communication * Continuous improvement mindset * Ability to transform problems into better processes * Maturity to handle conflicts and resistance * Rigor without bureaucracy Expected outcomes in the first months * Structuring and advancement of the ISO 9001 plan * Critical processes mapped and documented * Document control and evidence organized * Internal audit routine implemented * Non-conformity and action plan management operational * Minimum Quality KPIs defined and monitored * Increased predictability, integration, and standardization of deliverables At ALTAVE you’ll find A collaborative, dynamic environment with real autonomy to build, improve, and transform processes.
