Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for scheduling and directing appointments and examinations, receiving and guiding customers, assisting in organizing patient flow, and promoting hospital services, ensuring courtesy and reinforcing the Daher brand. Brand reinforcement and courtesy in patient interactions **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and/or direct scheduling of outpatient imaging consultations and examinations; * Register patients for imaging examinations, surgical appointments, and other specialties; * Report patient flow issues and appointment delays to the manager; * Direct patients to their respective consultation rooms; * Prioritize courtesy and reinforce the Daher brand; * Direct patients to surgical scheduling; * Apply check\-list for certain patients at reception (gynecology, neurology); * Receive and guide customers upon entry for service; * Assist customers in obtaining queue tickets at the kiosk; * Organize the calling order of health customers, respecting arrival sequence or predetermined time slots if the kiosk is inoperative; * Promote hospital services according to the observed customer profile/needs (imaging center, laboratories, outpatient clinic, etc.); * Approach customers exiting consultation rooms to determine whether they require assistance to continue care (e.g., referral to imaging center, laboratories, central reception/hospitalization, etc.) and provide necessary support; * Accompany emergency department (PS) patients to schedule outpatient appointments; * Schedule serial treatment sessions; * Register customers for the imaging center and laboratory (scheduling examinations and consultations); * Request physician signatures and stamps on procedure authorization forms; * Assist in managing customer and companion entry/exit flow; * Notify the absent physician when a customer is waiting; * Follow the customer service script for Health via WhatsApp; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education \- **Valid proof of completion required** * Basic knowledge of office applications (with emphasis on text editors and spreadsheets) * Basic knowledge of hospital billing **Compensation:** * Salary \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR - Pluxee) \+ Medical Assistance (Quallity) \+ Dental Assistance (Amil); * Benefits: SESC \+ Universities (UDF, LS, Unyleya, Cruzeiro do Sul, and Escola Técnica de Saúde) \+ Pharmacy; * Partnerships: Local businesses in Lago Sul (Cacau Show, Boticário) **Location:** * Hospital Daher Lago Sul \| SHIS, QI 7, Conj.
